Arugula Restaurant is a small, Northern Italian restaurant in north Boulder, designed by M. Gerwing Architects in 2008.
The design combines traditional and modern elements to reflect the dichotomy of the cuisine – traditional northern Italian recipes made with a more modern, healthy approach. The restaurant also utilizes a number of recycled products and green building technologies including timber strand floors, recycled content carpeting and low VOC paints and finishes.
